Factory Repair Service Procedure

In the event that your equipment fails to perform properly it may be returned to QuickLabel® Systems for a complete evaluation and repair by our qualified technicians. Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

Please Note

The following information is necessary when requesting return authorization.

  • Customer Name
  • Contact Name and Phone Number
  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Software Version (if applicable)
  • Complete description of failure

When shipping your package to us, please be sure to reference the RMA # that was given to you on the outside of the package. Please do not ship any products to us without an RMA number because shipment may be refused.
